e-Sciencepark Amsterdam
'Global scientific collaboration and next generation enabling infrastructure'

The e-Science activities (research, development, resources and services, and collaborations) at Science park Amsterdam as well as in the Netherlands as a whole should be coordinated and tuned. Science park Amsterdam provides a suitable environment for this task: it hosts a high concentration of state-of-the-art infrastructure, service provision on a national level (e.g. national supercomputer service, maintenance of the national research network SURFnet5), research and scientific users driving e-Science developments, as well as many relevant national and international collaborations.
